When branding serves society, its role changes. It’s no longer about market share, it’s about creating shared language, trust, and direction. These projects unite institutions, businesses, and citizens around the same purpose: to imagine and build a better collective future.

From Administrative Program to Living Ecosystem
Revitalizing local enterprise — turning a city initiative into a branded ecosystem for creativity and pride.
#publicsector
Challenge
A large city initiative aimed at supporting local producers and small businesses had grown in scale but not in meaning. It was seen as a bureaucratic label — useful, yet emotionally empty. The task was to turn it into a recognizable and engaging platform that would connect citizens, entrepreneurs, and the city itself through shared values of creativity, quality, and pride of origin.
Insight
Research revealed a clear gap: people were ready to buy local but didn’t associate “local” with innovation or authenticity. Producers, in turn, valued the program’s support but lacked a sense of belonging to something bigger. The opportunity was to shift perception — from “government initiative” to living community of makers and buyers shaping the city’s creative economy.
Solution
We redefined the project as a platform brand rather than a label — one that gives voice and visibility to its participants.
- Emotional storytelling around local creativity and craftsmanship;
- Unified visual and communication standards across retail, digital, and event touchpoints;
- Step-by-step evolution plan: from awareness and adoption to loyalty and export potential.
Impact
The program transformed into a modern ecosystem uniting thousands of producers across dozens of categories. It became a symbol of quality, trust, and city identity — demonstrating how even institutional brands can evolve into human, meaningful platforms that people genuinely want to be part of.

Repositioning a National Industry Brand
Transforming industrial identity — uniting thousands under a shared, creative brand system.
#publicsector
Challenge
A large-scale industrial sector needed to redefine its public image and communication system. Historically perceived as outdated and production-centric, it lacked emotional connection with both consumers and professionals. The goal was to create a unifying brand idea and communication strategy capable of inspiring pride, collaboration, and growth among thousands of stakeholders — from manufacturers and designers to retailers and policymakers.
Insight
Interviews and cultural analysis revealed that the industry’s strength lay not only in scale and heritage but in human talent — creativity, ingenuity, and resilience. To move forward, it needed to reconnect technological progress with emotional meaning: pride in craft, beauty of smart solutions, and the sense of belonging to a living ecosystem rather than a static sector.
Solution
We developed a new brand positioning and communication platform that turned the industry from an administrative structure into a cultural symbol of creation and mastery. The framework defined how to express innovation, craftsmanship, and unity across diverse stakeholders — setting a single visual and narrative direction for the years ahead.
Impact
The resulting strategy unified the ecosystem and became the foundation for a new identity system and communication standards. It re-energized how the industry speaks to society — shifting perception from manufacturing to modern creativity and intelligent design.

Building a Culture of Everyday Sport
Mobilizing public engagement — crafting sport as inclusive, everyday connection.
#publicsector
Challenge
A public organization tasked with promoting sport faced a double challenge: it needed to raise participation levels and create a relatable, human image of sport. On one side stood policy goals and measurable KPIs; on the other — real people with busy lives, doubts, and a growing distance from anything that felt like “performance.” To succeed, the project had to find a common language between institutions and citizens — and turn sport from something aspirational into something accessible.
Insight
Our research showed that nearly everyone has a positive attitude toward sport — yet many don’t participate. For those who rarely exercise, sport feels like an arena for the strong-willed and disciplined — a space of pressure and comparison, not self-expression. They admire those who train regularly but don’t see themselves as part of that world. The real barrier isn’t motivation — it’s the feeling of not being good enough.
Solution
We built a new brand platform around encouragement rather than achievement. The narrative redefined sport as a companion, not a competition — a kind coach who’s always nearby, whether you’re running a marathon or just taking your first walk after work. “Always in touch with sport” became the central idea, connecting city programs, events, and wellness initiatives under one inclusive message that celebrates every small step.
Impact
The new communication system shifted the perception of sport from pressure to presence. It made physical activity feel human, warm, and personal — something you can belong to, not compete with. By turning ambition into connection, the brand helped citizens rediscover sport as a part of everyday life — and built a bridge between institutional purpose and individual experience.
