Cybersecurity Ecosystem Platform

Cybersecurity Ecosystem Platform

Global tech ecosystem for ethical security — building trust and collaborative value in an industry defined by speed, risk, and innovation.

#tech

Challenge

A leading local cybersecurity platform set out to become a top-5 global player among bug bounty ecosystems. Known for its strong professional reputation, the brand faced a challenge: its identity and name resonated locally but limited international growth. A new positioning and architecture were needed to align both markets and establish global relevance.

Insight

In-depth interviews and desk research revealed that ethical hackers are driven not by rebellion but by intellectual thrill — a creative challenge requiring mastery, imagination, and skill. Their motivation stems from recognition, transparency, and the complexity of tasks rather than monetary reward alone.

Solution

We mapped the international competitive landscape, analyzed user motivations, and developed a strategic brand platform emphasizing curiosity, fairness, and expertise. The resulting sub-brand architecture allowed each product — from bug bounty to cyber-arena — to grow its own identity while reinforcing the parent brand’s credibility.

Impact

The new platform positioned the company for global expansion, enabling consistent communication and stronger appeal within the professional hacker community.

Humanizing E-Commerce through Live Video Shopping

Humanizing E-Commerce through Live Video Shopping

Transforming online shopping into a human experience through scalable tech and narrative-driven brand architecture.

#tech

Challenge

Amid the rapid shift to online retail, eyezon — a new live video-shopping startup — set out to bring back the human connection lost in e-commerce. Its technology allowed shoppers to connect in real time with in-store consultants and see products live, through the consultant’s camera, before making a purchase. The idea was simple but radical: to turn online shopping back into a conversation.

Insight

The turning point came during the pandemic, when consumers became acutely aware of how sterile and one-sided digital commerce had become. People wanted to see, ask, and feel before buying — to check how a fabric moved, how a bottle fit in their hand, or whether a dress would still look good “if you have a tummy.”

Beyond functionality, they longed for reassurance — the kind only a real person can give. A simple phrase like “I got this for my grandma, and she loved it” could be more persuasive than a dozen polished product videos.

For brands, eyezon also offered a way to reclaim ownership of customer experience and data that had long been surrendered to marketplaces and social platforms — while opening new opportunities for in-store talent to become live sales streamers, a new profession bridging physical and digital retail.

Solution

A comprehensive communication and content system was built to position eyezon as more than a tech tool — as a movement toward humanized commerce. The framework unified storytelling, B2B materials, PR, social media, and industry events under one consistent narrative. The brand’s voice centered on empathy, transparency, and the rediscovery of human presence in technology.

Impact

eyezon grew from an early-stage startup into a 50-person international company, partnering with global consumer brands and expanding into Europe and Latin America. The positioning became a blueprint for how real-time human interaction can restore trust and intimacy in digital commerce, transforming the future of retail experience.

Building Brand Presence in a “Dark Market”

Building Brand Presence in a “Dark Market”

Redefining consumer engagement and growth in regulated industries by leveraging cultural insight and strategic positioning.

#FMCG

Challenge

A new federal law on alcohol advertising reshaped the entire communication landscape. Only non-alcoholic product lines were allowed to advertise, leaving flagship brands without access to television, outdoor, or digital mass media. For the country’s leading beer producer, this meant a fundamental shift: to sustain engagement and visibility through indirect, retail-driven channels while preparing for a future where even substitute communication might be restricted.

Insight

With the traditional consumer-media interface blocked, the true battleground moved to the point of sale. Decisions were now shaped less by persuasion and more by context, impulse, and emotion in-store. The strategic shift was therefore to move from consumer segmentation to shopper segmentation — addressing not who people are, but how they buy.

Solution

A comprehensive shopper-activation and CRM system was designed to turn routine purchases into emotional experiences. The framework combined:

  • In-store personalization: adaptive communication sets aligned with each retailer’s shopper programs.
  • Occasion-driven merchandising: thematic placements and visual storytelling connecting beer with relevant consumption contexts.
  • National reward platform: an ongoing incentive and loyalty ecosystem that collected shopper data, enabled direct communication, and sustained engagement through recognition and rewards.

Impact

The program safeguarded brand visibility and loyalty in one of the world’s most restrictive advertising environments. It became a reference point for how large-scale FMCG brands can adapt to post-advertising reality.

Repositioning a Leading Armenian Bank for the Digital Era

Repositioning a Leading Armenian Bank for the Digital Era

A legacy transformation — systemic overhaul to unite digital relevance and customer trust.

#finance

Challenge

In Armenia’s highly competitive banking landscape — more than twenty banks serving a population of just three million — a top-five institution faced a turning point. Long recognized as a pioneer of digital innovation since the 1990s, the bank had set many of the standards others later followed. Yet as newer players entered the market with bold branding and lifestyle-focused communication, its image no longer reflected its leadership. The task was to modernize the brand, appeal to younger audiences, and reaffirm its position as the country’s original innovator.

Insight

Extensive research revealed a shift in public mindset: after years of instability, people wanted to enjoy life in the present, not postpone it for the future. They valued simplicity, confidence, and emotional ease — sentiments that connected both long-time clients and younger, digitally active users.

Solution

A renewed brand strategy and communication framework repositioned the bank as both innovative and approachable. The process included modernizing tone, visual identity, and messaging, and developing two creative routes — one focused on clear, confident storytelling and another using expressive, unconventional ideas to break category patterns.

Impact

The repositioning strengthened internal alignment and refreshed the bank’s public image, restoring its visibility as a trusted and forward-looking leader in the Armenian market.

Reframing National Pride through the Olympic Games

Reframing National Pride through the Olympic Games

Crafting collective identity and engagement for a nation through emotionally driven, multi-channel storytelling.

#FMCG

Challenge

As Russia prepared to host the Winter Olympic Games, the country’s leading beer brand faced a triple constraint: strict alcohol-advertising regulations, Coca-Cola’s exclusivity as the official beverage sponsor, and the paradox of an alcoholic brand supporting elite sport. At the same time, the brand needed to stay relevant to younger audiences while maintaining its role as a symbol of national pride.

Insight

Research showed a distinct emotional cycle surrounding the Olympic Games. National pride surges when a country is announced as a host, then quickly fades into skepticism — only to rise again as the event approaches, peaking during the Games and leaving a strong emotional aftertaste.

Solution

A national communication platform was created to unite nine subbrands under a single theme of achievement and pride. Two core products played distinct roles:

  • Baltika 3 focused on national triumph and collective celebration.
  • Baltika 7 represented aspiration and global recognition.

Impact

The campaign successfully maintained brand leadership in a highly regulated environment, met and exceeded communication KPIs, and became one of Carlsberg Group’s most effective examples of leveraging a global event within strict regulatory and competitive boundaries.
