Who’s Behind Branctica

About Natalia — Branctica
Natalia Saraeva

I’m Natalia Saraeva — a brand strategist who’s been helping teams, founders, and companies make sense of their brands for over 20 years.

I believe that in a world overloaded with media noise, making a brand clear, ethical, and meaningful is a form of respect. It’s how we honour people’s time, attention, and emotional space. That’s why I build brands that speak with intention — not just to stand out, but to stand for something.

I started my career in the early 2000s, just as the internet began reshaping how brands communicate and compete. Since then, I’ve worked through multiple waves of transformation — from the rise of global campaigns and Olympic sponsorships, to dark market and shopper strategies, and now toward an era shaped by AI, attention fragmentation, and the unraveling of global narratives.

What I bring into every collaboration is a sharp focus on structure, meaning, and precision — along with a deep curiosity for how brands behave in the real world. I’m known for going deep, seeing what others overlook, and redefining the way teams think about brand perception and strategy. I help untangle misaligned identities, align teams around shared meaning, and bring clarity to projects that feel stuck, noisy, or politically sensitive. Clients come to me to win pitches, unlock growth, or finally close those long-running “unsolvable” brand projects.

Branctica is my platform for doing just that — helping brands move through noise, growth, and reinvention with coherence and meaning.

More often than not, I work closely with founders, senior marketers, and creative leads — not just as a strategist, but as a thinking companion. A sparring mind in the room when decisions get hard. A second brain in high-stakes processes. A person who cares about the outcome as much as you do — and who’s not afraid to challenge it.

I’m based in Prague and work globally. You can find some of my reflections on branding, attention, and cultural shifts on Medium.
